How Corporate Housing Works:
Port City Residential takes leases on premium residential apartments, adds our chic yet comfy furnishings, and then subleases the units to our guests. We also provide temporary housing in villas, condominiums, and single family homes when available.

Step 1. Contact us by calling 1.877.350.3203 or completing an online request form. We will help assess your needs including unit location, size and budget.

Step 2. We will find temporary housing that meets your needs and provide you with property details and rates.

Step 3. Once you approve the property, we will send you a simple application and short term lease agreement.

Step 4. Move in to your wonderful, new home and relax!
