Port City Residential takes leases on premium residential apartments, condominiums, villas and homes, adds our comfortable, stylish furnishings and then sublets the residence to our guests.

Step 1. Contact us by calling 1.877.350.3203 or complete the online request form and we will help you determine the proper location, size and price of a residence that meets your specific needs.

Step 2. We will find a corporate residence that is right for you and provide you with property details and a daily rate.

Step 3. Once you approve the property, we will send a simple application and short-term lease agreement.

Step 4. Move into you wonderful, new home and relax!


What is the difference between a Port City Residential suite and a hotel?    top
Port City Residential apartments are typically much larger and are fully equipped with all the amenities of home.


How can I tell what a property is like and which one is right for me?    top

Is there always availability in each community?    top
Availability changes daily, but we will do our best to provide you with the corporate residence of your choice. The sooner you make a decision about where you would like to stay the better.


What types of lease terms do you offer?    top
We offer lease terms of 30 days or more. Duration and prices are dependant upon the community and availability.


Are pets allowed?    top
Yes, at pet-friendly locations. Depending on the location, there may be weight and breed restrictions plus a pet deposit.


How much does a corporate apartment cost?    top

How does billing work?    top
We accept checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card. Simply fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form.  Port City Residential will send you a monthly statement prior to the 1st of each month for expenses incurred the previous month. By the 5th of the month, we will charge your personal or corporate credit card one amount that includes all services provided. You will neither receive nor have to process individual bills for rent, electricity, phone, cable, furniture rental, maid service or long distance.
