More Space and Privacy
Our residences offer on average more than twice the space of a hotel or extended stay with more privacy, freedom and coziness. Occupants are able to spread out in our spacious living, dining and sleeping areas instead of being cramped in a hotel room.

Multiple Occupants
Families or multiple occupants can comfortably stay together in one, two or three bedroom residences. We do not charge per person, which can cut personal or company costs dramatically.

Washer and Dryer
Most of our corporate residences include a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Fully Equipped Kitchens
Most people can grow tired of eating out night after night when they are away from home. All of our residences include a complete kitchen with full-size refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and utensils where you can prepare meals just like you would at home. Hotels generally offer very limited kitchenettes at best.

Cost Effective
Our corporate suites are priced less than staying in a comparable hotel or extended stay with the added benefit of having a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and much more room at your disposal. You may drastically reduce your laundry and dining bill when staying with us. Because we charge by unit and not per person, you will also save money when you house multiple occupants in the same residence.

Community Amenities
Enjoy wonderful extras such as indoor and outdoor pools, fitness centers, tennis, basketball and racquet ball courts, business centers, and recreation rooms that many of our communities have to offer.

Worry-free
When you reserve a residence with us, we arrange all service connections and deposits including local phone, basic cable, internet, electricity, water, and sewer. We move in and set up all furniture and houseware items prior to your arrival. All you have to do is bring your personal belongings and settle in!

One Monthly Bill
Port City Residential will send you one monthly bill each month. You will neither receive nor have to process individual bills for rent, electricity, phone, cable, furniture, maid service or long distance. We will take care of it all for you!

Maid Service
For an additional fee, we will schedule and manage maid service cleanings for you as often as needed.

Professional Management
Have a problem? Do not worry. Call us and we will handle it for you. We will assist you promptly and professionally and use all the resources at our disposal to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Pets
You may not have to leave your beloved pet at home while you travel. Some of our communities do allow pets but may require an additional fee and/or a pet deposit.
